The remuneration of the agency will be applied on the monthly rent charges included
- For living quarters and furniture, will be composed as follows, for the lessor and the lessee:
- 1) Visit fees, creation of the record, and will lease redaction 8 € TTC / m² of living space
- 2) Fees places detat: tax will be capped at 3 € / m² of living space
- 3) Negotiation fee is the sole responsibility of the lessor will be the difference VAT excluded between 11 € VAT included / m² and one month rent charges included.
- For mixed local, professional and commercial two months rent the lessee TTC
- For lease redaction: 8 € including VAT / m² load Principal and 8 € including VAT / m² load taker
- Estimates for rental: 300 € in charge of the principal
- 7.60% VAT incl. of the monthly rent charges included (included a & b)
- 6,51% VAT incl. of the monthly rent charges included (included a)
- 5,43% VAT incl. of the monthly rent charges included
- 3.90 € including VAT / month managing
- 40 € including VAT / year using the declaration of land incomes
- For the presence at a general assembly, convocation in conciliation: 70 TTC per hour started
- (a) Management file closing costs: 80 € incl. VAT per lot
- (b) For attendance at an insurance appraisal: 70 € incl. taxes per hour started
- The remuneration is et the charge of the principal
- 18 TTC monthly / Lot with a minimum of €2,500 annual flat rate
